Summer is here!!!

Since I knew it was going to be over 100 degrees in Lodi today, I decided to spend the 1st day of Summer in the pool with Kellan! I took him over to Laura & Richard Terry since they have such an awesome pool! And since Kellan is there grand baby too, they even have a life vest for him! He just loves the water!! He kicks like he wants to take off swimming.And then after swimming, we were sitting on the towel eating snacks and the sprinklers came on. Kellan was sooo excited! He ran around to the different sprinklers.

Easter Sunday

We had such a nice Easter this year! Kellan got his Easter Basket from the Easter bunny at our house, then we went over to my mom’s house for brunch. After that, we headed over to the Terry’s to spend the rest of the day and have dinner there! It was sooo nice to have family time!

Kellan loves the doctor!

Kellan has had a runny nose for weeks and Rob and I were getting worried! The doctor said he just has allergies!! Thank god!! And his gums are swollen so he should be getting more teeth soon!!

Painting the house

So we have finally finished painting...for now! We painted all the rooms except the bathroom and the kitchen walls. I just finished painting the kitchen cabinets today! Now that was a job I thought would be easy but I was sooo wrong!! I took all the hardware off by hand! I'm sooo gonna use and electric drill when I put them back on. I want to give the cabinets a shabby chic feel so I am (eventually) going sand them in a few placed! I'm hoping that will also give them a softer feel too! Here is a picture of the living room wall!!! Lime green!!
